Water Types
Optimally prepared for adherent/suspension cell culture applications such as media and buffer preparation, water systems, incubators and for the preparation of reagents for chemical analysis or synthesis. Our cell culture water eliminates endotoxin concerns as it has no detectable Endotoxins (below the detection threshold of <0.005EU/mL) and contains no detectable gram-negative bacteria.
The water is prepared by distillation, 0.1 micron sterile filtration and steam sterilization directly in the dispensed bottles.
Certified Nuclease Free water is ideal for all applications that can be sensitive to residual bi-products of DEPC breakdown. Ideal for transformation, transfection, oocyte injection and all other research applications. Water is sterile filtered and steam sterilized inside final packaging to ensure sterility.
This product is ideal for use in any PCR or RT-PCR application. Tested for prokaryotic as well as eukaryotic genomic DNA contamination that may cause false-positive signals in RT-PCR. Water is nuclease free and sterile filtered into conveniently sized vials for PCR use.

DEPC treatment is an effective way to eliminate RNAse activity. Our DEPC-treated water is made using the least amount of DEPC that is still effective at destroying enzymatic activitiy in RNases and other proteins, making it ideal for RNA extraction and all molecular biology applications. Water is autoclaved both before and after packaging to ensure sterility and to complete inactivation of byproducts of DEPC. CDI and UV treated.
Water for CO2 Incubators is double distilled, 0.1um filter sterilized, has a pH of 7-9 with a conductivity of 1-20 microSiemens (Resistivity of 50K-1 M ohm) and is terminal sterilized. The water is free of all contaminants and exceeds the specifications set by CO2 Incubator manufacturers.
