All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Because many of our products are made to order, additional lead times may apply. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.
In the event of high order volumes or manufacturing requirements, shipment may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.
We primarily ship through UPS and FedEx, but reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your region.
Our store does not currently support live inventory tracking. As a result, there may be occasions when an item you purchase is temporarily backordered.
If this happens, our team will contact you directly to provide an estimated lead time. The item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available at our facility.
If your order includes multiple items, we may ship the available items first and send the backordered item separately at no additional shipping cost to you.
Growcells ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Some restrictions may apply based on product type and carrier capabilities.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.
Growcells is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
