Nuclease Free Water - DEPC Treated
Water purified with RO, CDI, 18 mOhm, 0.2 micron filtered, UV polished, autoclaved and 0.001% DEPC treated overnight. To ensure DEPC breakdown and evaporation, the water is dispensed and twice autoclaved directly in polycarbonate bottles. Each lot is assayed for nuclease activity.
