SHIPPING:

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order unless otherwise notified. All shipments are sent F.O.B. point of origin. Freight and handling charges are prepaid, and added to the invoice as a separate item. Any damages or shortages must be reported to MBI/Growcells.com within 48 hours to receive credit or replacement.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Terms are net 30 days, F.O.B. Irvine, California, USA. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders from individuals or companies not wishing to establish credit can be prepaid by check, credit card, or wire transfer. MBI/Growcwlls.com accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards for placing and payment of the orders. Please provide the name on the card, the account number and the expiration date. RETURN POLICIES

Products may not be returned without prior authorization from MBI/Growcells.com. Please contact the Customer Service Department at MBI/Growcells.comor your local distributor to obtain a return authorization number (PM) prior to shipment. Refunds or replacements are conditioned on Buyer notifying MBI/Growcells.com within 30 days or receipt of any product that does not meet our specifications.Any failure of Buyer to give notice within thirty (30) days shall constitute a waiver by the Buyer at all claims hereunder with respect to said materials. For all product returned without any defects, 15% or stocking fee will be applied.
